Once you saved the profile, there are two versions of your profile in the system: the old version available to women and the newly saved version.
The newly saved version of your profile is immediately sent to administrator for approval. Until the administrator approves it, women can only see the old version of your profile. Once your updated profile is approved, it will be available to women and you will be able to see the changes.
